Mimir Chant is all very Well, but...

Sometimes it's nice to have a papery version to read at your leisure, eh? Well, brave cutters have printed out the whole of the chant of the Mimirs (at the last count, it came to over 1000 pages, and that was in 1998) -- that's as hard to do as a modron crossword -- but the only way until now. Thanks to the generous planewalker Francois Mersch, who has dutifully recorded the chant from many of the Mimirs, there are now downloadable (and better still, printable) mimir.netbooks for you to beg, borrow or steal. Many of the larger sections of the site are now covered, and more are planned...

NB: .sit files are compressed with Aladdin's Stuffit software, a free PC and Mac compression utility that seems more reliable than .zip ... The Mimir recommends visiting http://www.aladdinsys.com and dowloading a free copy, today (and no, the mimir isn't being paid to say that ;-) Oh, and Stuffit can decompress .zip files as well as its own format.

Most mimir.netbooks are in MS Word format. If you don't have Word, a downloadable free Word file viewer can be found on the Microsoft website, here. Thanks to Andrew Stott for this tip.
