Welcome to A Mimir @ Gen
Con's Interviews page!
GEN CON '99 brings
together a diverse crowd of gamers and game designers, and there is
no better chance to have a chat with the designer of your favorite game
or setting.
This year's Con brings
us such Planescape luminaries such as Monte
Cook, Bruce Cordell, editor Michele Carter, and Wizard's RPG Design and Development director Bill Salvicsek (he's also designer of The Diva
Spark and Harbinger House) ; as well as other PS designers
Richard Baker, Dale Donovan,
and Skip Williams.
Also present will be Greg Peterson, Marketing director for Interplay's Black Isle Studios,
and PlaneScape: Torment. (Colin McComb,
story designer, will be staying at Black Isle to seeTorment through
its final stretch, and will not be able to attend this years Con, dispite
earlier assurances that he would be able to attend.)
Authors Troy Denning (Pages of Pain) and J. Robert King (Bloodwar Trillogy) shall be in attendence as
well as some of Planescape fan's favorite artists: Scott Fisher and Tony DiTerlizzi!
Wishing you
were there? Or, you were there, but that game of Magic kept you from
meeting your favorite designer? Our canny cutters of Mimir.net have
got a mimir-full of chant from your favorite high-ups! So scroll down
to the interview of your choice, but remember to come back!
We will be adding more!
