We
started the day off with play-testing a Dungeon Magazine adventure
with Chris Perkins as our DM. We used the new 3rd Edition rules.
Karate-choping halfling monks, and dwarven sorcerers where only
a few of the unusual characters in our party. |
Witness
our characters as they delve deep into the forgotten keep...the
first-level 3rd Edition characters seem more than capable of cleaning
out this goblin infested keep. Expect a tougher, darker Dungeons
& Dragons. |

John
Matson, Planescape artist (PSMCIII) and Wisconsin native, hangs
at the Art Gallery at GenCon. |
Planescape
artists Scott Fisher (PSMCIII) appeases the masses with autographs
on his prints.
When working
on Planescape art, Scott says "I really enjoy the artistic
freedom allowed [by the setting]"

The
mad doctor of Planescape art, Mr. Di Terlizzi jives with his fans. |
"Oh T,
there something on your head...is it a tumor?"
"Damn
it Jim, I'm an artist, not a doctor!"

|
And
you wondered where the word "barmy" came from... |
Speaking
of barmy, hundreds of gamers crowd the nearby mall, including.... |
|
|
these guys...
Yep, those
are 4-siders, a good score's worth, super-glued to his head!
Could the
Con be anymore fun? It's all in who you know, and meet.

Meanwhile
the games go on... |
